Hi-Test Radium Touch-up Kit for Watches (ca. 1950s) |

This touch up kit has a glass rod, a bottle of adhesive (left side of photo), a bottle of thinner (right side of photo), and an instruction sheet. It is missing the radium-containing paint (a mix of radium and zinc sulfide) and a brush. These were undoubtedly removed and disposed of because they were radioactive. Pretty much everything you need to know is indicated on the instruction sheet. I particularly like the comment that "A perfect factory job is assured by even a beginner."
