  RIA Users Organization Executive Committee Mission:

A. Work to realize RIA by promotion of the scientific case and dissemination information.
B. Keep the scientific community at large and the potential users informed and actively involved in RIA activities.
C. Work towards getting a CD1 decision as soon as possible and, subsequently, work towards the timely construction of RIA.
D. Keep the momentum for RIA R&D going and develop further the scientific opportunities with RIA.
