Schedule a Speaker
To request a speaker, please complete one version of the following form:
Either fax, mail, or e-mail the completed form to:

After the request is received, the preferred speaker will be contacted. All scheduling will be handled by the ORAU Speaker's Bureau coordinator.
If the request is approved, a confirmation letter will be sent to both the speaker and the organization. All requests should receive a response within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive a response, please call 865-576-3490.
