ORAU Provides Customers with Outreach, Promotion and Support on Targeted Health Topics

Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) provides outreach, promotion services and support for those who require information on specific medical topics, health disparities and environmental health issues.

No matter who your audience may be, ORAU has developed programs and resources for special populations, health care professionals, researchers and the general public.

Edna Sherer, a Consumer Health Resource Information Service (CHRIS) program coordinator from Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Charlotte, N.C., signed a poster during a recent CHRIS launch ceremony. Pleasant Hill was one of seven other Charlotte churches outside the state of Tennessee to adopt the CHRIS program.
