Memorial Service for Dr. Alvin Weinberg

OAK RIDGE, Tenn.—A memorial service honoring the life of Dr. Alvin Weinberg will be held Saturday, November 18, at the Pollard Auditorium located at 210 Badger Avenue, Oak Ridge, on the campus of ORAU. The service will begin at 4:00 p.m. and will be followed by a reception in the Pollard Technology Conference Center.

Weinberg passed away on October 18 at the age of 91. The family requests that any memorials be in the form of donations to the Oak Ridge Civic Music Association, P.O Box 4271, Oak Ridge, TN 37831, or to the Oak Ridge Public Schools Education Foundation, P.O. Box 117, MS 22, Oak Ridge, TN 37831.
