OAK RIDGE, TENN.—Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) extended a Mentor-Protégé agreement to PTG Organizational Solutions, LLC, a woman-owned, HUBZone-certified technical/professional services firm located in Oak Ridge. The HUBZone program stimulates economic development and creates jobs in urban and rural communities by providing federal contracting preferences to small businesses.
PTG owners Kathy J. Turpin and Dr. Lou Rabinowitz and ORAU President Ron Townsend signed an agreement initiating a support relationship as provided under the U.S. Department of Energy’s Mentor-Protégé program. “PTG is a respected, client-focused, solutions-based organization, and ORAU is excited about partnering together under a Mentor-Protégé agreement,” Townsend said.
PTG offers inventive human resources, training, project management and administrative support services to its clients. PTG has been supporting several ORAU and Oak Ridge Institute for Science Education (ORISE) programs and is positioned to provide additional professional services that complement ORAU’s core competencies.
