6th RIA Summer School on Exotic Beam Physics

Travel & Housing

The school expects to be able to handle all reasonable local expenses related to the school. You will be required to submit receipts for all expenses for which you request reimbursement.

Participants will be housed in dormitories in Owen Hall (0.1 miles from NSCL), one person per dorm room. The school will make all lodging arrangements and cover the cost of lodging. Students will be responsible for any additional charges (telephone, etc.).

Breakfasts and lunches will be in the Owen cafeteria, breaks will be provided at NSCL, and dinner will be arranged at several venues during the week.
