Plan the Review

ORAU takes Extra Steps to ensure the Peer Review Process meets each Customer’s Unique Needs

Man participating in a peer review

Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) understands that each customer’s needs are different. Planning a peer review requires careful analysis of how research dollars will be allocated. Because each process is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to designing and managing an independent, objective technical evaluation for research proposals.

We tailor each review to meet each customer’s specific regulatory, policy, and operational requirements. Our process is flexible and can be modified based on customer requirements.

Even if the focus of the review changes direction, we can accommodate your needs with a proven process, existing tools and systems, and an outstanding knowledge of peer reviews from a government agency perspective.

Providing exceptional quality and timeliness are also important steps in the peer review planning process. We work to ensure each review is completed on schedule, within the budget, and with a high degree of process integrity.

Once a review is completed, ORAU prepares reports of the technical evaluations, which are delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
