Contracting with ORAU

ORAU is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit enterprise that has been working with government agencies, universities, and corporate entities since 1946. We regularly team with a broad range of customers and partners to pursue opportunities of mutual interest.

The following are ways in which you can establish a working relationship with us:

Direct contract with ORAU

If you have a request for proposals that you'd like us to consider or if you have questions about how to obtain ORAU's services, please contact ORAU Business Development.

Task orders through a variety of major contract vehicles

For your convenience, we have provided information on our major contract vehicles that may help you initiate work with us more quickly and easily.

Work for Others agreement under ORAU’s contract to manage the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)

Work performed for other agencies under this contract is subject to DOE approval, must adhere to the requirements of the Economy Act, must be consistent with or complement the missions of DOE and ORISE, and must not place ORISE in direct competition with the private sector.

Procurement and Contracts Administration at ORAU

ORAU’s Procurement Department acquires and contracts equipment, services and realty requirements. Partnerships with ORAU

ORAU works closely with many colleges and universities—including historically black colleges and universities and minority education institutions—and welcomes new partnerships, as well as new members to our university consortium.
