The purpose of the Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) supplier/contractor profile questionnaire is to obtain capability information on suppliers who are interested in doing business with us.

Please note: Your interest does not pre-qualify you or guarantee you will receive subcontracts. However, supplying this information add your company to our list of potential suppliers.

This is not the official supplier database maintained by ORAU's Procurement and Contracts Administration department.

If you presently have a sub-contract with ORAU that needs to be updated, you must contact the Procurement and Contracts Administration contract specialist associated with your subcontract to make the necessary changes.

If you are a first time visitor to this site, you must register in order to complete the Supplier/Contractor Questionnaire. After registering, you will receive an email asking you to verify your registration. You must complete this step before you can access the database.

Please ensure that you have the following data available before beginning:

• All contact information
• Present net worth of the company
• Net sales volume for previous two years
• NAICS codes, sales volume, and number of employees
• Total number of management employees
• Total number of professional employees
• Dun and Bradstreet Number
• Tax identification number or Social Security Number
