Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Health Marketing Communication Services, Domain I, Creative
Prime contract 200-2007-20031. Provides CDC-wide, Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), and other government agencies support for:

CDC Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response (OPHPR) Technical Support Services
Subcontractor. BPA offering logistical support, emergency operations management, public health preparedness, program coordination, and other technical support to any of OPHPR’s offices and divisions.

CDC Radiological Studies Branch (RSB), Technical Health Physics Support Services
Subcontractor. Provides CDC RSB with a source of technical expertise in radiological public health, as well as other specialized public health and related health physics services needed to assess radiation exposure to environmental and medical radiation sources.

Department of Energy (DOE) Characterization, Sampling and Professional Services in Support of the DOE Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management on the Oak Ridge Reservation. Subcontractor. BPA provides for technical services for planning and conducting characterization activities, in support of Environmental Management programs and projects on the Oak Ridge Reservation.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Peer and Merit Review Services
Prime contract HSHQDC-13-A-00028. Through the Peer and Merit Review Services contract, ORAU provides peer and merit reviews of Centers of Excellence (COE) programs, education programs, minority serving institution programs, and other focus research area programs for DHS Science & Technology (S&T).

Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC) Basic Center Operations (BCO). Subcontractor. Under the guidelines of the Department of Defense IAC Program, this contract provides for information analysis center operations and core analysis task support in the homeland defense and security; critical infrastructure protection; weapons of mass destruction; chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense; biometrics; medical; cultural studies; and alternative energy subject areas. The HDIAC will function as a specialized subject focal point and center of excellence in support of the Defense Technical Information Center.

Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) Contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Prime contract 4400013377. ORAU is pre-qualified under Pennsylvania’s consulting services ITQ contract (4400007410) to provide Public Safety Services-Emergency Preparedness Training to Pennsylvania agencies and registered COSTARS purchasers. The Public Safety Services-Emergency Preparedness Training service category makes available expertise in public health emergency preparedness planning; expertise in adult learning theory and adult educational design; expertise in training programs (design, planning, delivery); and evaluation knowledge of the National Incident Management System, the National Health Security Strategy, Target Capabilities List, and National Security Strategy.

Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), Joint Center of Excellence (JCOE) Joint Counter Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Integration Training Program (JCITP). Subcontractor. Support JIEDDO JCOE with rapidly providing counter improvised explosive device (C-IED) training support, training analysis support, institutionalization of lessons learned (ILL) support, and short-term ad-hoc training needs (ATN).

National Institutes of Health (NIH) Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3). Subcontractor. Government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) provides support to health-related missions and healthcare service offerings using the following task areas: healthcare IT services, CIO support, imaging, outsourcing, IT operations and maintenance, integration services, government outsourcing, critical infrastructure protection and information assurance, digital government, enterprise management systems, and software development.

National Institutes of Health (NIH) Public Information and Communication Services (PICS)
Subcontractor. Through PICS, NIH, its component institutes and centers, and other eligible federal agencies have access to comprehensive media, communication, information disseminations, and technology support services.

U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Biometric Support Services. Subcontractor. Provide systems engineering, technical, and management support services that encompass engineering analysis and recommendations for technical, logistical and life cycle support for biometric systems that help execute the global war on terror.
