Mae Mosley, Ph.D.

Director, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Accessibility

ORAU’s director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Accessibility (DEIA) Mae D. Mosley, Ph.D., has been a staple of employee relations at ORAU for more than six years. In this role, she manages talent management services, talent development and performance, employee relations and diversity; and the impossible task of remembering almost every employee’s name. 

As her career has evolved to executive advisor on employee diversity, employee relations and employee compliance, a career in human resources seems like it has always been a natural fit. As an HR professional, Mosley uses the problem-solving skills of an engineer to solve exciting, new challenges each day.

In addition to her current position at ORAU, Mosley owns MDM HR Consulting, a human resources consulting and training firm. She holds multiple certifications, two associate degrees, a bachelor’s degree in business and management communication and a master’s degree in business and human resources management from Concordia University Wisconsin. In 2019, Mosley earned her doctoral degree in business administration from Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee.
