ORAU announces the election of new members to its board of directors and the joint nominating committee for its board and the Council of Sponsoring Institutions. The election took place during the board’s spring meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
Joseph “Josh” Gladden, Ph.D., vice president for research at Temple University, has been named chair of the Council of Sponsoring Institutions. He will also serve on the ORAU board of directors. Joseph J. Pancrazio, Ph.D., vice president for research and innovation at the University of Texas at Dallas, was re-elected to the board, and Cassandra Moseley, Ph.D., vice president for research at Colorado State University, was also elected to the board, both representing their respective institutions.
Tracy Boatner, president and CEO of the East Tennessee Economic Council, was elected as an at-large member of the board of directors.
Daniel Engebretson, Ph.D., vice president for research at the University of South Dakota, was named to the joint nominating committee for the board of directors and the council.
