Karen Cleveland brings project management expertise to a high-volume recruiting contract. Karen cultivates customer relationships to understand the temporary employment needs of the customer’s project team, and then works with talent acquisition professionals who source technical skills as well as business and communications support roles. She works closely with the customer after the hire is made to ensure satisfaction, and to underscore ORAU’s commitment to recruiting and contract management excellence. Karen earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and in addition the SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential and the SHRM Foundation Veterans at Work Certification.
