Contract Vehicles

GSA AdvantageORAU has a variety of contract vehicles in place to help you establish a working relationship with us more quickly and efficiently. ORAU is on the following GSA schedules:

In addition, we have a number of agency-specific contracts in place and work with many agencies through the Strategic Partnership Projects agreement under ORAU’s contract to manage the Oak Ridge Institute for Science Education for the U.S. Department of Energy.

    GSA has consolidated services previously offered through separate GSA schedule contracts under its Professional Services Schedule (Schedule 00CORP).

Expertise: Business development strategy, pricing and proposal activities

Gamble has more than 20 years of experience in planning, strategic planning, operations, sales, business development and customer relationship management in the life sciences, health and technology industries. Prior to joining ORAU, Gamble was vice president for business development in the Health and Analytics Business Unit of Battelle Memorial Institute. She was recipient of the Battelle Energy and Health Global Business President’s Award in 2013 and the Jeannette Rankin Foundation “Smart Women” Award in 2017. She is also a Health Information Management and Systems Society Fellow.

Kathy Ethridge

Kathy Ethridge

Expertise: Business development; forecasting new opportunities and strategic marketing to DOE, USACE and other federal clients

Ethridge has 30 years of experience as a progressive business developer and marketer to the federal government, specializing in environmental remediation services. She has a successful history of cost estimating, improving project financial and schedule performance, fostering teamwork across many disciplines and assuring that corporate and project business plans and objectives are achieved.
