ORAU to develop COVID-19 PSA for Veterans Health Administration facilities around the country
Project being developed in partnership with Titan Alpha
OAK RIDGE, Tenn.—ORAU is working with Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research, to complete a task order that has been awarded to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Healthcare Transformation (OHT) in developing a video public service announcement designed to keep veterans, VA employees and all those who enter VHA facilities safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
ORAU will provide video development and multimedia support for the PSA, which will emphasize the need to continue personal protective behaviors like masking, hand-washing, personal distancing and getting vaccinated, if applicable.
“We are excited for the opportunity to help the VA OHT protect everyone at VA facilities from exposure to the coronavirus,” said Andy Page, President and CEO of ORAU. “While the nation moves forward with vaccinations, it remains critically important that we all continue to observe protective behaviors. Protecting our veterans is especially and personally important to me as a U.S. Marine Corps veteran myself.”
The task order was awarded on the VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) vehicle, which supports efforts aimed at providing veterans nationwide with seamless, high-quality health care.
